Wit and Whimsy

I love Thea Grant's unique, whimsical necklaces. The Brooklyn-based design duo likes to toy with proportions, using oversized charms strung off-centered on various types of chains. The collections are grouped according to Brooklyn neighborhoods and frequently employ found objects such as old-fashioned keys and vintage watches to create eye-catching, one-of-a-kind pieces that are sure to elicit stares and spark conversation. Prices run the gamut, from around $150 to over $400.

This is my favorite. The revolver has been trendy for neck ornaments in recent years, but this one is totally fun. Williamsburg Collection, # 23.
