The French Do it Better

While I should have been studying for my French midterm earlier this week, I opted instead to eat copious amounts of cheese and shop French websites. Perusing La Redoute, I learned that the French manage to turn out low-budget, mass market offerings far more stylish than ours, apparemment. Le sigh.

I haven't been to one since I was sixteen or so, but the retailer has since opened an online shop for the US, so that we, the sartorially inferior, can have access to their goods, and at bargain prices.

I've never seen a parka (I mean, un anorak) look this good. On sale for $39.99.

This great trench is still a bargain at $109.99.
