Marc Jacobs may be over all things studded, but I have yet to tire of stud-encrusted garb, so long as the wearer exercises a bit of restraint, i.e. an Alexander Wang bag bedecked in brass, dangerously spiky Givenchy sandal, metal-trimmed Balmain leather jacket, and gold-laden Topshop glove are all fab, but not all at once. Just a dab will do ya. I think they look particularly fresh on a ladylike silhouette or against a neutral ground. Par exemple: these feminine pumps in taupe suede.
