I tried to learn Google Wave today but really wasn't feeling up to it. After staring blankly at the empty home page for a minute, hoping its mysteries would reveal themselves to me via the disembodied voice of an oracle, I decided to stop by Net-a-Porter to browse their holiday gift finder. I never made it however, because I got distracted by their end-of-season sale. While many of the discounted designer duds remain out of reach, I found a few gems at prices I could swallow, including a couple of cozy cardis and a swoonworthy asymmetrical trench.
